1. What we collect

This website does not require registration and has no login. We collect personal data only where you submit an enquiry: your name, contact details (phone or email), the subject and the content of your enquiry. The send button on the enquiry form transfers what you typed into your own default email application, so nothing reaches this office until you send it yourself.

2. Purpose of use

We use the information solely to reply to your enquiry and to carry out tax agency work. We do not use it for advertising or marketing, and we do not send promotional email you have not asked for.

3. Retention period

Where a consultation takes place but no engagement follows, we delete the information without delay on your request after the consultation ends. Where we are engaged as your tax agent, we retain the information for the period required by applicable law — including statutory retention periods for tax documents — and then destroy it.

4. Disclosure and processing by others

We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except where required by law or where submission to the National Tax Service or another tax authority is necessary to carry out the engagement, and then only to that extent. This website is served through Cloudflare Pages, and in that process communication records such as your IP address may be temporarily retained by that provider.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact us below and we will act without delay.
